nice kit on my 5th ages really nice also is great right off. wife and freinds drink alot before next batch is even made

- easy directions. be careful when degassing. give yourself plenty or room for run off. take your time put drill on low speed with degasser rod.

Wanted to experiment with and Old World rose blend, in comparison with single varietal new world styles. I REALLY LIKE THIS! Much more complex, well balanced and refreshing. Getting better with a bit of age on it. Force Carbonated a couple of bottles, and this made the strawberry shine through. I will make this one again! Soon as we are running out already ;-)

A great Rose

It is very renunciant of a French Rose wine. Some acid, but smooth with hints of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry. Beautiful deep blush in color. We and our wine drinking friends love it. A great wine to sip on these very hot early fall days/evenings.

I need to make another batch soon - only three bottles left. I've given over half away. Everyone loves it. My benchmark was Lancer's and Meteus, the leading sellers from way back. I bought one of each to taste and decided to do a batch. This RJS ros? is fuller flavored and smoother on the tongue than those two ros?'s. It also lacks the harsh aftertaste that afflicts them. The flavor doesn't change much with age - almost the same from one month to six and it has a beautiful Garnet color.

Received in good condition, all components there. Just waiting for another kit to clear primary fermentation and will start this one.
