Prices listed are all net plus shipping rates to your location. We do NOT offer 'shipping included' or as some may term it, "Free Shipping".
We do not accept personal checks. However we do accept money orders and bank wires. All orders must include payment in full. All items are in stock and ready for immediate delivery. If an item is out-of-stock it will be displayed as such and you will not be able to order it. All orders will be charged to your credit card the day your order is shipping.
Returns: All products are guaranteed as represented. If you are not 100% satisfied please phone or email us for a return authorization number (RA #) within 30 days of receipt for a prompt and cheerful refund. We will accept returns on all items provided they are returned intact and in the same condition as sent. Exceptions are beer kits, wine kits, grain, sugar, etc; basically any food based products (as per health codes). All sales are considered final after 30 days. We do not refund postage costs and returns are at the buyers expense unless we shipped the incorrect product where we will pay return shipping costs.
