Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing time refers to the period before shipment — when your order is verified, packed, and prepared for delivery.
- Most stocked items are processed and packed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed later in the week are typically processed and shipped on Fridays or weekends.
- Once your order enters processing or has been packed for shipment, it can no longer be canceled.
Shipping Times
- Shipping time begins once your order has been handed off to the carrier.
- Transit time will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- You’ll receive automatic email notifications for order confirmation, shipment, tracking, and delivery confirmation.Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order has shipped.
- Some items may be fulfilled directly from our distributors or may temporarily be on back order. If part of your order is delayed, stocked items may ship separately to avoid additional wait times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment when applicable.
Distributor-Fulfilled and Back-Ordered Items
- Some products are fulfilled (ie drop shipped) directly from our distributors or may temporarily be on back order.
- In these cases, customers are usually notified of any expected delays.
- Back-ordered items are shipped separately as soon as they become available, at no additional shipping cost.
Pre-Orders & Limited Edition Items
- Certain items are available for pre-order or are limited-edition products offered in restricted quantities.
- Pre-orders must be prepaid in full at the time of order to secure your reservation.
- Estimated arrival times vary by manufacturer and distributor and may range from several weeks up to 4–5 months.
- Terms and Conditions for shipping and processing are clearly specified on the specific product listing pages
- Customers will receive email updates and tracking information once pre-ordered items have shipped.
- Pre-orders and limited-edition purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled after payment, as quantities are pre-committed to our distributors on your behalf. Customers will receive tracking updates once pre-ordered items have shipped.
Multiple Shipments
- If your order contains both stocked and back-ordered items, we may ship stocked items first to avoid delays.
- We reserve the sole right to consider holding stocked items until receipt of back-ordered items in order to optimize shipping costs associated with the order, as well as, ensuring optimal cost of goods and most cost effective means for cost of goods sold inventory shipments. This allows us to operate at maximum efficiency and keep prices to our customers from esculating.
- You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment when applicable.
Order Cancellations
- To request a cancellation, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and before your order has entered processing. Once an order is in process, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Pre-orders, special-order, and limited-edition items are final sale and not eligible for cancellation or refund after payment.
Returns & Refunds
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for assistance.
- We may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit depending on product availability.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
